Growing up walking distance from the beach, I have always been around the ocean. Learning how to surf and swim in the ocean deepened my love for it. One day the waves were too big for me to surf, so I decided to bring my GoPro Hero 7 into the surf. When I got home and reviewed the clips and photos I had taken, I instantly felt a connection. During Covid, my Family went on a trip to Costa Rica, where I met two surf photographers who inspired me to get into the hobby. When I returned to California, I started exploring better surf spots than my local break. I took a trip south to Newport Beach, where The Wedge is located. Seeing the crowd watching the surfers and the 100's photographers on the beach, I fell in love with the place. I started going down for every swell I could. The following steps are a long story and I won't go into depth but I am now shooting as much as possible and trying my best to grow.
